Skyline Cheer Squad heads to Anaheim CA

in the morning to compete in Nationals.

Our niece Alana is excited to go.

Alana started cheering in Junior High School. She got her first taste of the Cheer Leading world when Kristin (Bodily) Hadley, as a Hillcrest High Cheerleader, recruited her for training when she was just a 3rd grader.

After a day of training, the girls were able to perform for their parents. Even way back then, Alana was a base for the stunts. Today, she is also a base.

She has always been a performer, even when she went to day care, she was a "doll". This is a dance recital in the 2nd grade.

And, this is her 9th Grade cheer picture. She hasn't had pictures taken for this year, her first year on the Skyline High School Cheer Squad. We want to wish Alana, GOOD LUCK ! She has worked very hard on her tumbling and her confidence. Alana is fun to be around, supports her friends and family, has high moral values, is a comedian, is a down to earth no nonsense girly girl. We love her very much!
