New Years Eve snacks

Favorite snack recipes for new years eve.

Spicy Sausage Dip
One small tube of Jimmy Dean's "HOT" sausage
1 green pepper diced
1 bundle of green onions - chopped
2 tomatoes (on the vine are best) de-seed them and dice
1 8oz cream cheese
2 cup sour cream
Bon-Appettite seasoning to taste

Brown sausage and add onion and green pepper. Drain on paper towel and set aside. De-seed tomatoes and dice, set aside. Combine sour cream and cream cheese in a sauce pan and heat through. You may add some Bon-Appetite seasoning to this at this time. Add sausage mixture and tomatoes and stir. Serve WARM. Serve with a salty chip like "Tostitos" white corn chips. YUM!

Another is a "Hot Cheese Dip" (not spicy hot) for french bread;

All you need is:

Cream cheese and 1 jar of "Old English Cheese" Melt them together and dip bread - VERY TASTY!
